These are very exciting times for people involved in our business and the DSU is proud to get the opportunity to educate and empower the 'next generation' of Direct Sales leaders. We trust you will discover a DSU that will help you become a more effective leader.

We specialise solely on the subject of leadership development within the Direct Sales industry. Leadership is considered the most important yet most challenging field within Direct Sales and this inspires us to be the best we can possibly be.

Our approach to Leadership Development is based on many years of coaching all levels of leaders and is based on the ‘leadership theory’ framework outlined in the Theory Section.

It is our belief that the Direct Sales industry has entered a new ‘generation’ of growth driven primarily by dramatically higher productivity produced by a 'learning revolution'. The enabler to this learning revolution, and the formation of DSU, is the new elearning technology, such as multi-media interactive webinars.

This technology will finally allow learning to be taken into the home and eliminate the geographic issues that have undermined the Direct Sales, especially the Network Marketing/MLM, business model for decades.

At each level we have a standardised knowledge course to provide the foundation for competence at each level. This is supplemented for further elective seminars, events and resources to support a leader’s professional development.
