At the head of all Direct Sales / Network Marketing organisations are ‘Top Leaders’, sometimes known as Strategic or Organisational leaders. These leaders make the decisions for the organisation on the key areas of responsibility.
Other than the pioneer company owners, these leaders are the most important and loyal stakeholders in a Direct Sales company. They are certainly the most influential people in a company and a company’s key asset.

The Global Strategic Leaders Course
This will be a 12 month course covering all levels of the business. Most of the modules will be done in conjunction with Corporate Executives with a few unique modules that only Top Leaders require competence.
The Course sizes will be small to ensure interactive tutorial feeling of education. Each module will deal with a key area such as learning systems, communication, momentum, leadership development, expansion strategies.
People attending the course will become the most educated, knowledgeable confident top leaders in this industry in the world. They will share ideas and strategies in a ‘virtual campus’ style of learning.
